Love your attitude. I wish more parents had it. This post sounds like it was ripped from my life. Thankfully we're not buying or selling right now, but every time my husband and I attempt to do something major, all h-e-double hockeysticks breaks loose. Last time we sold, the market went down & our neighbors sold really low - we only made 1,000 off the sale. At least we didn't lose, but it was on the market for MONTHS. Good luck, keep your chins up!
