Timing

Bad timing is house-hunting when one of the largest and oldest financial institutions is about to go bankrupt, sending the market (and mortgage rates and loans) into a tailspin. Let’s hope the latest news stabilizes things in the near future. Otherwise we might be knocking on your door soon with a truckload of boxes behind us.

Good timing is spring right around the corner. Lazy days outside sound perfect right about now.

Oh my… I might be reading too much into these two photos but can I say, in MY oh-so-humble opinion, that each captures their personalities so perfectly??

And… can you be kind to this English major and tell me… so, do those articles (which gave me a headache as I tried to piece things together!) say that it’s a bad time all around to sell OR buy?
Which would mean, if things don’t turn around, you, G, B&B would be more than welcome to show up at our door since I’d have a house that I can’t sell with 2 empty bedrooms. :-) Actually, that kinda sounds like fun.

Love those pictures. Bella likes to swing on her belly like that.

Good luck with the house hunt. Right there with you.

Should a good time to be a buyer unless you’re having a difficult time arranging a mortgage.

Should be a good time to buy some stock too. I’m a firm believer that what goes down, will eventually come back up.

And it’s always a good time to ride a swing on your stomach. Ah, to be little again.

And speaking of timing and random thoughts, I was thinking if you lived around me, I’d totally invite you to my Gals’ Crafty night.

I popped in from Liz’s blog & read a bit - you’re hilarious! Love your attitude. I wish more parents had it.

This post sounds like it was ripped from my life. Thankfully we’re not buying or selling right now, but every time my husband and I attempt to do something major, all h-e-double hockeysticks breaks loose. Last time we sold, the market went down & our neighbors sold really low - we only made 1,000 off the sale. At least we didn’t lose, but it was on the market for MONTHS. Good luck, keep your chins up!

Ugh. The housing market. I so want to get out of my condo/townhouse. Good luck on your end.

And I want you to know I’ve been reading every word you write. I just figure since I’ve given up laundry, dishes, and cooking I might as well give up commenting on blogs. It’s wrong, I know.
